Effective 2026-06-04. Extended Systems Intelligence Corporation (XSI), a subsidiary of Extended Systems, Inc., respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you submit a contact, waitlist, or notify-me form on xtendedsystems.com, we collect your name (if provided), email, organization (if provided), and the message you send. We attach a source attribution (xtendedsystems) and a segment tag identifying which form you used.
When you browse the site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) collects anonymized usage signals — pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, browser and device — under the IP-anonymization configuration.
How we use it
Form submissions are routed to the appropriate XSI inbox (press, partner, investor, general) and to Dynamics 365 CRM for follow-up. Waitlist entries are used to notify you when the relevant surface launches. Analytics signals are used to understand site usage and improve content.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained in our CRM for up to seven years for business-records purposes. You may request deletion at any time. Analytics signals follow Google Analytics retention defaults (14 months unless extended).
Who we share it with
We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Microsoft Power Automate (form routing), and Google Analytics 4 (analytics). We do not sell your information. We do not share contact-form contents with third parties except where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@xtendedsystems.com. Residents of jurisdictions with data-protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) have additional rights we honor on request.
